Of course, you can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to info@valentis.de. Please note that due to legal requirements, a revocation is only valid for the future and does not affect the previous processing.
d) Due to legal requirements (Art.6 para.1c DS-GVO) or in the public interest (Art.6 para.1e DS-GVO): Insofar as we are subject to legal requirements, we must collect and process personal data in individual cases, e.g. within the framework of the Money Laundering Act.
Who receives my data?
As a matter of principle, we do not pass on any information given to us to third parties, unless we use service providers for the provision of certain services, who are, however, contractually obliged to comply with the statutory data protection obligations to the same extent as we are ourselves, or if we pass on your information to the contractual partner on your behalf (e.g. the seller or landlord of your desired property or a suitable bank for financing your financial requirements).
Am I obliged to provide you with my data?
Of course you are not obliged to provide us with this data, but without your information we can neither carry out your orders nor execute contracts.
If you are asked separately for your consent to the processing of your data for purposes beyond the purpose of the contract, this consent is not a prerequisite for the execution of the contract.

Are automated decisions made on the basis of my data pursuant to Art.22 DS-GVO?

Profiling
In some cases, we analyse personal data with the help of evaluation tools in order to evaluate selected personal aspects and thus better target our marketing to relevant target groups.
Our web host's server creates access logs with the following information: Information about the browser type and version used, the user's operating system, the user's Internet service provider, the user's IP address, the date and time of access, as well as information about websites from which the user's system accesses our website (referrer URL) and which are accessed by the user's system via our website, i.e. our web host's servers. The IP address is immediately pseudonymised in the log files made available to the web hoster, i.e. the last digit of the IP is replaced by a 0. In principle, however, the web hoster has the complete IP addresses of all accesses over the last 14 days and can access them in the event of misuse or other justified reasons.
